3D MEASUREMENT

LIVING UP TO THE HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS

With AQUAtec, you profit from a standard of quality assurance that lives up to even the highest expectations in the engineering industry.

Prior to shipping your workpieces, we measure every single one on our 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine, a Wenzel LH 1210. All shape and position tolerances are determined exactly and documented.

Even freeform surfaces can be measured absolutely precisely. The machine is rated for workpieces weighing up to 3.25 tons.

Our state-of-the-art system significantly increases the manufacturing options for five-axis machining.

Having said that, thanks to our dedicated test and measurement reports, your receiving department is always on the safe side.
