Welding
We are a certified specialist welding company according to the EN 1090 EXC2 assessment and declaration method.
We operate a factory production control system in order to ensure CE conformity. We are additionally authorized to manufacture pressure equipment or components for pressure equipment in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2 and to restamp materials according to DIN EN 10204.
You can rest assured that every component which leaves our premises has been built with the highest quality, precision and reliability.
Welding processes
We are masters in a variety of welding processes. That’s why we can carry out your assignment using the optimum technique for your particular requirements. Our welding portfolio includes:
- 111 Manual metal arc welding
- 135 Metal active gas (MAG) welding using a solid wire electrode (semi-mechanical)*
- 136 Metal active gas (MAG) welding using a flux cored electrode*
- 141 Tungsten inert gas (TIG) arc welding*
- 783 Drawn-arc stud welding with a ceramic ferrule or shielding gas
Materials groups and welding procedure qualification records
You can trust in our expertise when it comes to materials groups like “steel”, “stainless steel” or “duplex steel”. We have full welding procedure qualification records (WPQR) with TÜV approval for all commonly used materials and welding processes.
