Even high-precision cavities (hollow moulds) for large prototype moulds as used in plastics processing are made by us for you with the highest precision while maintaining an exact, constant temperature balance.
CNC machining right up to XXL – we have twelve medium to large-sized machining centres, most of them with five axes, on which to machine your large parts. We rely here on superior quality from manufacturers like Chiron, Fooke and Soraluce.
Fifteen milling machines, three of them with a work space length of more than 12,000 mm, are also at hand to assist with your project. Our biggest machine, the 5-axis Fooke Endura 908 linear gantry milling machine, has a work space of 12,500 x 4000 x 2500 mm. Think big – we do too!
Computerized numerical control (CNC) – CNC machining enables far greater precision than “analogue” machining techniques. At the same time, CNC allows us to reduce the work intensity in a material-friendly way and shorten the machining time for maximum efficiency.
