2D & 3D waterjet cutting

  • Cutting stainless steels, aluminium, glass, ceramics or composites – we execute your project on two of Europe’s biggest waterjet cutting systems.

    These machines impress with a huge work space (travel) of 16,000 x 4000 mm. Two further machines are available for 2D and 3D cutting. Your wish is our command!

    Precise, sensitive and gentle: the “cold” water jet from our machines reliably prevents damage to the material as well as discoloration of the kind normally unavoidable with thermal processes such as flame cutting or lasering.

    Thanks to our cold waterjet technology, we can also cut sensitive materials with high strength and gentle precision. Even composites or material combinations, for instance conveyor belts reinforced with steel mesh, are cut easily and cleanly by the cold water jet in a single operation.

    No matter you need, our technology gets it done for you – from architecture through railway technology or machine and plant construction to conveyor belts for mining and airports. We’ve been demonstrating that effectively for many years now in large-scale industrial and architectural projects.
